AirRoamer Appoints Chris Gadula as VP Business Development and Sales

Toronto, February 26, 2005 – AirRoamer Inc is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher (Chris) Gadula as Vice President – Business Development and Sales. “Chris’ experience and enthusiasm will be a valuable addition to our management team as we focus on ramping up sales,” says Probal Lala, President and CEO of AirRoamer. Mr. Gadula is responsible for developing and managing strategic partner relationships and sales for AirRoamer’s innovative visitor internet access services.

Mr. Gadula brings extensive startup experience to AirRoamer, including executive management, sales, business development, and marketing. Mr. Gadula was most recently C.E.O. of Control and Metering Limited, a manufacturer of industrial machinery. Previously he was Senior Vice President of The Loyalty Group, Executive Vice President at Avotus Software and Kasten Chase and President of Beltronics and Transtel Communications. Mr. Gadula has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having served as a VP at AT&T, Santel Communications and Siemens Canada. He has also served on the Board of Neuromolecular Inc. and The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
