We are currently looking for a qualified senior candidate to represent and promote the sale of both customer premises based and hosted telecommunications products and services to the business community as well as coach more junior sales team members.
We want to move fast and are looking for the right combination of broad skills and the willingness to pitch-in and get things done.
Realistic earnings potential of $75k-80k the first year. Second year earnings may be double that.

In this role you will be representing our entire portfolio of hardware, software, services and financing to small to mid-market clients in the G.T.A.
You will be engaging clients to understand their business priorities, determining the appropriate solution, and engaging an appropriate sales strategy to own the customer and close the sale.
You will be required to manage a quota with the primary objectives of revenue and gross margin attainment, customer satisfaction and new business development, as well as coaching new sales team members.

In order to be considered, you must have:
•5-8 years previous customer facing sales experience with a demonstrated ability in developing a professional and effective sales approach in a competitive business environment
•Successful track-record in delivering quota driven results and ability to lead multiple customer sales cycles and close effectively (i.e., you are not an order taker)
•Proven closer, able to garner commitment through every step of the sales process
•Expert knowledge of the telecommunications environment, the competitors and their products and services such as IP Convergence (networking & Gateways). I.T. Industry selling experience would be an asset.
•Ability to quickly learn a new hosted services and clearly communicate its value proposition
•Must have an aptitude for recognizing and creating sales leads; experience developing and enhancing strong client relationships; must proactively address customer issues and questions
•Demonstrated ability to conduct sales prospecting, qualification and building customer relations
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and customer requirements simultaneously; must be time and process management focused
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills ; must be able to communicate effectively with customers
•A high degree of integrity and demonstrated ethical behaviour in all business activities and decisions
•Demonstrated drive for results: taking ownership of targets, showing initiative and a sense of urgency to achieve results and targets
•Good working understanding of telecommunications and information technology infrastructure; Ability to learn technical concepts, processes, new product information and new software quickly
•Very good leadership skills, organizational and time management skills
•Ability to work both in a team, and independently in a fast-paced business. Must be energetic, diplomatic, possessing excellent people and sales skills and willingness to take the initiative to close sales and resolve issues
•Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new software quickly
•Car and valid driver's license
